“I found Jim on Houzz just after he joined the website this past spring. I'm glad I did. I had a twenty plus year old pool that needed attention. After meeting with him, we decided to completed renovate everything. He replaced the apron, tile, and coping. The pool was entirely re-surfaced with Pebbletec. He moved some electrical switches, installed a new pool light, new drains, new skimmers and re-installed ladders and railing. The pool looks beautiful! JW Contracting kept me up to date on when to expect them to start the job, the progress of the project and my satisfaction as the work went on. They have a VERY professional in-house staff, not subcontractors. They were all very hard working, polite and cleaned up every day when their workday was over. The quality of the work is beyond all expectations. It's obvious that in a very competitive industry where all kinds of companies come and go, JW Contracting is in this for the long term. My project wasn't cheap but I received every bit of value possible with the work that was performed.”
