Vance and Joe were very patient, professional and most importantly, thorough, which made a world of difference throughout the process. From obtaining permits, to getting quality materials delivered promptly without damage to our property, to overcoming obstacles regarding soil conditions and water drainage, to dealing with HOA requirements, design layout (which turned out Beautiful !!) to helping pick out patio pavers, fencing around pool--excavating the entire backyard and sodding with zoyia ( middle of July in Georgia, amazing it turned out as nice as it did !!) redoing our sprinkler system to include the new zones covering 10,000 sq ft of extra sod, bringing in 10 to 15 truckloads of dirt,....When I think about what was accomplished, how smoothly it was executed, and the beautiful end result, I can say, without a doubt, that we are EXTREMELY satisfied as I feel, the backyard has been transformed and not only will we be able to enjoy this extention to our home for years to come, I also feel we have increased our home value and cannot be happier!!”
