“Last year we had Blue Sky Painting replace some of our cedar siding, repair a door frame, and repaint the entire exterior and our decks (but not deck railing). Adam was prompt and very friendly and courteous when coming out to do the estimate, drop off the color book, or answer any questions we had. Saul and his crew worked efficiently and they cleaned up the area very well. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but we felt they were reasonable and reliable. For the least expensive quote we got, the contractor proposed using deck paint on our cedar siding...which we felt was very suspect. Probably the only issue that happened was the white paint on our deck railings chipped a bit when they power washed everything before painting. That wasn't expected, but not their fault. The paint was just older than we expected. We did not ask them to paint them as an addendum to our contract.”

“We had a fire and had to have our kitchen, living room, dining room, hall and mud room painted to seal in the smoke smell. Certa Pro was quick to respond and get us on the schedule. They helped with color choice and kept under my insurance budget. They knew what I needed to get the job done correctly. The crew was prompt. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and clean. Everything looks (and smells!) great!”

We initially hired him to paint our entire house, top to bottom, to put on the market for sale. We decided to add on four rooms at our new house - all bright, bold colors - so have seen his work in a variety of formats at this point. His attention to detail and communication was fantastic - he wanted to ensure that he exceeded our expectations and clearly noticed and communicated the intricacies of our 70 year old homes. Furthermore - he meets his own demanding deadlines. I've heard from others that painting delays have been the absolute bane of their experiences, delaying getting homes on the market or moving in. He got everything done by when he said he would. I have recommended his work to everyone I know, and plan to hire him again within the next month to paint four more rooms in my new home. “JST provided me with an exterior brick painting job. Great customer service, friendly, and fair with pricing. There was a crew of 4 gentleman that showed up to my house and they were very respectful and knowledgeable. They did not make a big mess and told me everything that they would be doing. I received 3 other quotes from local companies and JST was the cheapest I came across. They do good work and it was quickly done as well. Will do business again in the future.”
