“Oh my God, Joe is Awesome !! So, not only does he show up as and when expected, but he takes great care in securing the area so as to not get paint where it should be. To me, the biggest issue with painting the interior of my home was color selection, I have coved ceilings, wainscoting, and lots of funky angles in my home. We went from "white" everywhere to Red, Green, Blue, Grey, Yellow and I think one other color. I walk into my house now, and just smile at all of the colors and everyone who has been over has remarked on how warm the house now feels. I would strongly recommend Joe to anyone not only for a superb job, but for helping me navigate the choice of colors.”

We initially gave them relatively small projects to see how they performed and they not only did not disappoint, they really went above and beyond. We gave Tenhulzen additional work as a result, and, even on very short notice with complicated work, they were able to surpass our expectations. Scott and his entire crew are very detail oriented and thorough, and the follow up on work was also prompt. Materials and methods used are top notch. I wish more businesses were like Tenhulzen, and we will gladly recommend and use them again.”

“Eric Macrae did a great job of freshening up the window frames in my Capitol Hill condo. After many years of being painted shut, the windows had been opened and many of the sash cords replaced leaving the frames and sills looking pretty shabby. Eric and his Fresh Paint crew sanded and repainted where the damage was worst but left the channels open to facilitate the opening and closing of the windows. Clearly Eric was knowledgeable about windows and the special problems presented by older buildings, which I appreciated. I was able to get the work scheduled and completed very quickly, it was done to my satisfaction and at a price that seemed reasonable to me, and everything was cleaned up and furniture put back into place. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Fresh Paint; I would certainly use them again or recommend them to others.”
