“Fresh Coat West Austin refinished our front door. The owner, Sarah Ross, was very responsive to my initial phone call and had a work proposal for me within the day. The price was by far the best we had quoted to us, which worried me a little bit! However, she agreed to get the work done within a few days, fitting it into our schedule willingly. The front door was very weathered and the painter did not know that we would be satisfied with the outcome from the first few layers of stain. She agreed to let us look at it at the end of the work day, and, if we were not satisfied, would help us determine how to choose a better product to finish our door. My husband and I were pleased with the outcome, though, and in a hurry to have it done. The painter returned shortly thereafter to put a clear coat on the door. Overall, we are pleased with the finished product and very pleased with the service provided. We felt like the Sarah cared about our satisfaction, and the painter was willing to come back out in a timely manner to complete the project. Given our experience with home maintenance providers, we were ecstatic at the level of service that was provided. Especially for the cost!”

“From start to finish, Chris was a professional. He was prompt and responsive. We started by looking through color palettes to choose the correct color for the exterior of my house. After figuring out the color scheme for the house, he thoroughly explained what was to be done as well as time frame and cost. Chris was able to be there the next day to start prepping the home for paint. He power washed the house and carefully taped it off. The painting was done quickly and with great care. when he was finished, we inspected the job as well as the work site to see if anything needed to be touched up. It didn't. After he was assured that I was satisfied with the work, Chris cleaned up any remaining areas of the site. I had some rooms that needed to be painted and Chris was able to give me n estimate on the spot and start the work within a couple of days. He used the same care and professionalism that I had come to expect for Woodco. I could not be happier with the way my home turned out, and have referred him to many friends looking for quality work. It is refreshing to know that there are still people who take pride in their work.”
