“Lemus Contracting expertly handled a very complex home renovation project following water damage. The project involved painting, drywall repair, cabinetry, replacing doors, installing a copper farmhouse sink and faucet, replacing a tile backsplash, replacing wood flooring, recarpeting the basement, and a number of other elements. Alex and his team went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way and I cannot be more thrilled with the results. “I hired Painting and Design to paint two rooms in my house, my realtor told me that I need to re-paint my guest bedroom and one of my bathroom before putting the home for sale. It was really hard to get a company to take my project because it was only 2 rooms and they all told me they were very busy. Painting and Design gave me a quote on the same day and because it was a small job they were able to send a smaller crew to take care of it in one day. They did all the patching necessary and they painted over the terrible touch up job I had done. They cleaned everything at the end of the day and my realtor was able to come in and take the photos to put the house for sale the same day.
