The owner, Juan Pablo was very clear on setting the expectation, clarified the job scope, was very knowledgeable and clearly spelled out how CertaPro is differentiated from the competition. The office staff were also very professional and friendly and the painting crew were very detail oriented and clean. They fixed some cracks professionally and did a fabulous job with the painting. As I am an artist and designer and my home has been featured in numerous magazines, I have very high standards when it comes to painting. They well exceeded my expectations and I can see why they have an excellent reputation in the community.
