He gave me a great price I went shopping and he was by far the cheapest so of course I hired him and I'm glad I did he did a flawless job for my grandsons bedroom I love it now that I saved some money I'm thinking about calling him back over and getting my bedroom painted I reccomend MagicalMaintenance services, thank you again”

“Excellent completion: prep and paint the 8 casement windows on the front porch. Includes removing all deteriorated glazing compound and reglazing the windows. We will also replace one broken glass pane, the damaged window screens and wood screen bead (with plastic) and paint the mailbox slot. Great communication, easy to work with, very knowledgeable about all aspects of home maintenance.”

“We hired Textbook Painting to paint our Strongsville, 50 year old house with aluminum siding. The young men who painted the house were extremely courteous, professional and friendly. It took 3 days to paint and they always cleaned up afterwards. They would check with us throughout the project and even adjusted for us "on the fly". I would hire them again if needed. “We recently bought a home and the entire inside from top to bottom needed painting along with some carpentry work. The painting included all ceilings, moldings, doors, inside/outside of closets, trims, railings, stair treads, holes patched, etc. You name it, we had it painted. We also had a very dark room that had dark stained cabinets and moldings that we changed to white. Jim and his partner came back to look at the scope of work and sit down with us about the quote and what it entailed how the project would be laid out. They showed up every day, they were professional, courteous and cleaned up every day before they went home. The carpentry work that was done was excellent. Our project included upstairs and downstairs, so they made sure that one level was completed at a time in order for us to have living space. At the end of the project we all made lists of things that needed touch up or fixing. They made sure that we were completely satisfied before wrapping up the project and leaving. I would absolutely hire them again.”
