“I was in need of my investment property exterior scraped and painted. The problem is I live in Georgia and the property is in Virginia Beach, so I "googled" exterior painters in VA Beach and many popped up. I called and had about seven companies contact me for estimates. Of these only three were licensed and insured, so that narrowed my search down quickly. Mr. Brown contacted me immediately and was the first to visit the home with a complete and detailed estimate. The first estimate I received seemed a little high to me so I waited to hear back from the other painters.
