“I contacted Eric and Pam (owners) at CertaPro for an estimate to re-stain my great room wood ceiling and to re-paint it's walls. I met Eric for the estimate and he was very knowledgeable and professional in his assessment of the work required. This was not a routine paint and stain undertaking as the ceiling height and walls are in excess of 20 feet high in some areas of the room and require scaffolding to accomplish the project. This is in addition to the wood ceiling being previously stained and our concern that our new color choice of stain would "take" to the previously stained wood. After securing competitive estimates/quotes, I awarded the job to CertaPro primarily due to their professionalism, follow up and the comfort zone I experienced with both Pam and Eric. The CertaPro team of painters (crew of three) and Pam arrived on time and were very conscientious in preparing the room and surrounding areas for the job. The job went as planned with no incidents or errors and the job site was visited by Eric both during and upon completion of the project. The finished product was just what we were hoping for and we were quite pleased with the entire process. I would recommend the CertaPro team of Eric, Pam and crew to anyone in search of professional results in painting. I would certainly use them again. Jack Byrne”
