Juliano was very responsive and provided us with an estimate that fit within our budget. The paint job was done in less than a week after initial contact, so Horizon was able to accommodate our need to get the job done fast. Even with the quick turnaround they put the time in to do the job right. A quality job from start to finish. Highly recommended.”
