Robin is a perfectionist and demands a "perfect installation". If required, which doesn't happen often, Robin will bend over backwards to create total satisfaction for my/his clients. Robin continuously investigates new products and new equipment, spending countless hours on the internet improving his service. Before finding Robin I had hired 3 or 4 guys who claimed that they could do the job, but be careful, most of these "fly by night" contractors in this business don't have a clue, and your expensive floor will have a "taillight guarantee" (when you can't see my taillights, your warranty has ended). “I cannot say enough about Romi and his company RCM, they are fantastic! Last year my husband and I wanted our driveway to be paved but we did not know where to go or how to begin. We searched around, interviewed several contractors in Conneticut and were not satisfied. However, when Romi came to look at our driveway he discussed several options from pavers to concrete, took accurate measurements, answered all my questions and concerns about time and labor, all before he discussed the possible estimate! Within two days I received a detailed estimate with start and finish date! I can't tell you how impressed I was with his professionalism, so much so that I hired him immediately. He and his crew kept up with the contractual agreement. They cane everyday and worked diligently on paving my driveway. As the project got underway, people began to stop and look at the work being done. They only had positive things to say! After the work was completed I had the best paved driveway in the neighborhood!! All my neighbors kept commenting about how beautiful it was and how jealous they were of our family!!! Also, a friend of mine said that the paved driveway added extra value to the resale of our house. Wow! The best thing about our driveway now is the pride I get driving up to my door. “My wife and I built our house in 2015. We had some minor foundation cracks develop. Builder sent his concrete guy out to fill the first crack. Since then after multiple attempts to follow up no response on the other cracks. The other contractor did a very poor job with clean up but least no moisture coming in. After looking elsewhere for assistance and quotes on the remaining cracks, we were lucky enough to get in contact with Trevor who came in to assess for free and quoted/estimated timeframe for the job on the spot. His price was very reasonable and his work was second-to-none. He even cleaned up the previous contractors mess for us. Trevor was an ultimate pleasure to work with and so glad we have him around now for potential future work. Great guy. Weather permitting the job will get done right and super clean. Thanks Trev.”
