The work -- done by master stonemason Raul and sons -- turned out even better than we hoped, beautifully executed with bricks that make the wall look almost original to our 1930 home. Eddie was also tireless in chasing after DC authorities to get our plans approved and the job inspected. Long after the job was complete, he continued to contact city authorities to make sure the security deposit we paid to the city in order to undertake the job -- was returned to us. We recommend Eddie without reservation.”

“An old college girl-friend of mine sent me pictures of her patio and pool deck. This company did an amazing job! I had gone to visit her a couple years back. She lives in Virginia. I’m in Florida, but we’ve stayed close. I stayed with her and her husband at their house in Alexandria. They had a nice pool with a standard white concrete pool deck. After they had the pool deck done by Salzano Concrete, she was so excited to share pictures of her deck’s new look. I must say that CJ Salzano Custom Concrete did an amazing job. Granted, I have not seen the deck in person yet, but the pictures look great. I’m looking forward to my next visit up there to see the deck in person!”

“We contracted with Jacobson Enterprises for 2 major home renovation projects and we could not be happier with the work performed and the finished product. The first project included a 3 car garage addition to our home. Jacobson was responsible for performing all of the excavation, footers, brick and block work and concrete flooring. They completed all of the work within the allocated schedule for the estimated cost and the quality of their work was outstanding! The second and greatest project was a beautiful backyard paver patio that transformed our pool area into a backyard paradise. Jacobson worked with us every step of the way in the design and planning of the entire project that included a paver porch with grand entrance steps, integrated LED step lights, an extensive paver pad, lighted fountain, fire pit and accompanying bench seat, circular path walkways, a long arcing front paver sidewalk, underground storm water drainage system, and a small retaining wall. Prior to the start of the project, Jacobson provide a professional animation of the finished project allowing us to view the project at any angle and the ability to make changes that would have been impossible otherwise. The animations were awesome and a must do for any project of this size. Throughout construction, they kept us informed of progress daily and always left the work site well maintained. The finished product was totally awesome. The quality, the attention to detail, the cut of the pavers – all very professional and second to none.
