“We have used M&C Landscaping for replacing front steps as well as entire large driveway in Cornelius. After getting 4 estimates, I contacted a neighbor to asked who did his driveway which was M&C. The estimates varied by more than $6000 dollars. The Owner, Maynor, said initially that he wouldn't be the highest priced contractor nor the lowest. As it turned out, he was the second lowest and more than that, his process for replacing the driveway exceeded all the other quotes which meant his base for the driveway was deeper after removing the existing concrete and the layers of materials used exceeded all others quotes. Pedro, his lead contractor, set the pitch for drainage and laid EVERY paver with the help of 4 others, The crew was polite, friendly, and cleaned up perfectly each day. The processor 5 days. I provided drinks and donuts as they worked in the heat of the summer last year. Maynor provided a huge list of references and we were able to see his workmanship prior to signing on. This month he put in water drainage systems to stop the shoreline erosion which was occurring above my lakefront walkway. He also replaced my pine needles with rich brown mulch and he and his company highly recommended.”

“I've recently had the pleasure working with Pascual Ramirez and his team to install a new paver patio as part of the entrance to my home. Pascual and Rachel came out on two different occasions and were very professional, patient, knowledgeable in answering all my questions. I received a thorough and free estimated the day after our last meeting. This was a medium size job that entailed removing an existing 30 linear feet of concrete walkway as well as digging out many shrubs/tree roots and lots of monkey grass. Within a few days Pascual's team transformed this wasted space / eye sore into a very beautiful and welcoming front patio. I highly recommend Pascual and his team and I look forward to using his services for future projects to come.”

“Driveway and sidewalk done. They were professional and hard working.The people that had previously done my patio took 9 hours to complete and this was a smaller area this was a huge step up from before they only took about 6 hours and the price was reasonable.”
