“Roberto Usubillaga, President of C4 Orion Construction, is a very knowledgeable, experienced contractor who more than fulfilled his contract with us. We reside on the west coast, but have a condo in Miami which was in dire need of a remodel, With the pandemic, travel was restricted, so we did the entire remodel via telephone and video apps. We relied on our contractor to do all the leg work from obtaining permits, shopping, purchasing, delivery of materials -- everything necessary for the remodel. He was patient, informative, reliable and provided excellent service and workmanship. Above all, he and his employees were trustworthy. My husband and I highly recommend C4 Orion Construction for this type of construction project.”

“We called Deco Concrete Inc. to redo our driveway and some other repairs. Gus, the owner, is very nice, honest and reliable. He is all about Perfection. He was always at the house when needed, and is in constant communication at project (unlike many South Florida contractors). The work they did for us was perfect, and at a very fair price. “I used this company in 2016 to install concrete pavers for one of my rental properties. The pavers were installed on the walkway, patio area and front entrance. The quality of material and workmanship was very good and the work was done in a timely fashion. The cost of $2500 was reasonable compared to other estimates. I would use them again.”

“We hired Celtic Pavers to replace our tired asphalt driveway with pavers. Although the permitting process in Sunrise can be time-consuming, Jim's team handled the paperwork and did a great job. Once we were able to get started, things went very quickly. The work is of excellent quality, and Jim went out of his way to construct a lovely curved paved area to work with an unevenly graded concrete pathway that abutted the driveway. The price was fair, and Jim came in right on budget. We would definitely hire again.”

They gave great suggestions throughout the process, kept us well informed of schedule changes due to weather and installed an incredible walkway and patio reset that gets lots of compliments. “Large, ten year old paved patio with damage from roots and subsidence. The crew removed every paver, leveled the footing, replaced each brick and poured new retention. The job was done quickly, neatly and professionally in the time predicted, and the cost was well below other bids. We recommend V&M Paverscapes without reservation.”
