They asked questions that helped me be more clear on what I wanted so that they could find the best design options that fits my needs and interests. They were very helpful in presenting me with design options that I loved! It was great to feel heard and not overwhelmed by bigger home projects. I also was unable to say what my budget is because I don't know how much things cost and they were making it so that I could have options for budgeting and still get what I wanted. One of the best experiences I have had with builders.”

Pat uses an estimating tool that, if we didn't add on additional things, is always right. No up charges. “Scott was terrific! He built a beautiful Trex deck, about 10 x 50 feet, and did it WHEN he said he would at the PRICE he said he would which was significantly LESS than the competition. His work was impeccable, he kept the job site neat and orderly, and even came back three years later at no cost to tighten a single screw that had come loose. The deck still looks like new and is structurally the best.”

“Jonathan and team were such a pleasure to work with! We envisioned a side deck built around a new hot tub we purchased, but we wanted the tub sunken, but still accessible. This required some creative thinking and design, which was exactly what we got. Jonathan built a beautiful deck, and the team was so professional. All of them wore team shirts, showed up on time, we’re thoughtful and polite and did an amazing job. Couldn’t be happier with our choice in hiring them.”
