From day one, they were easy to get ahold of and always in communication. They showed up every morning, including Saturdays, at 7:30 and worked many days until sun down! We couldn’t believe it. The project took just over 3 weeks from start to finish. The crew was polite, professional, clean, and focused. Each time there was even a slight variation from our original contract (which often happens with projects like this), they created an addendum and we reviewed and signed it, before they proceeded. We were so impressed with the initial quality of work, we elected to stretch the budget a bit and add on some additional lightning and lattice work. 99% of our projects have ended with that hollow feeling of "getting screwed" - I can say investing in a deck through Freed is the first time I've ever felt like I potentially "underpaid" for the quality of craftsmanship. Extra touches like angling the floorboards for visual interest, LED light placement in the risers and lower level perimeter were more than just finishing off our project, Jason was putting his "stamp" on our vision.
