“My husband and I bought a fixer-upper while I was pregnant with my second child. The house had a great layout but had been used as a rental for years and was in desperate need of a cosmetic refresh, and we were on a time crunch. Matt came out and walked us through all the options and helped us prioritize so that we could get the biggest bang for our buck. We hired him to renovate our bathroom, gut and rebuild our kitchen, and replace all of the trim and doors in our home.
