Todd was very responsive and gave us some good plans to work from and when we finally decided on the project and got it approved by HOA the work was done in an absolutely awesome and professional fashion. The crew did a fantastic job -- even the city inspector said it was the best built deck he had seen. “We had our back deck removed in its entirety and replaced with Trex decking. We also had a stone patio built under the deck; then, our gazebo flooring was replaced with Trex. Roberto went through the design process with us, then submitted to our HOA. We have an absolutely beautiful deck, completed yesterday. His work is extraordinary. He is a perfectionist, and my wife and I Love a builder who is a perfectionist. He has an incredible eye for detail. He is wonderful to work with; responsive to our needs and questions. He has left the back of our home immaculate in appearance, having torn up the back yard area in order to both build the deck and build the patio. We are so sorry he only builds decks. I would trust him with any work we needed done on our home, knowing that it would be done beautifully and perfectly. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with him.”

I have known the owner for several years and decided to go withe hos product. The windows are great! We know use that area almost year round. The windows are top quality and look ust as good as they did when I put them in three years ago. I think the cost was less than half of having a different type of window put in.”

“We've had Sherbeyn's do landscaping and hardscaping work for us at two houses. They have built an outdoor kitchen with a large patio and done landscape updating at one house for us and the entire landscaping , capped a patio with pavers and rebuilt the back porch/landing at our current house. Quality of work is excellent and Donald is an outstanding designer. Crews are prompt and keep the work site clean at the end of each day. We wouldn't use anyone else for our landscaping or hardscaping projects.”

“Prior to selecting S&S, I had several other companies come to my home to give me a presentation on building our Patio. I must say the presentation that George, Sales and Designer gave, was by far none the best presentation. However, it was not the presentation that led me to choose S&S, it was the fact that George gave us the plans and outlined the design of the Patio to the back of the house. This way we had a true visual on how the Patio space and layout. At that point we were sold on choosing S&S as the company to build our Patio. We were then introduce to Jonny the project manager. Jonny kept us up-to-date on all material delivery and development of the project. He was available to answer all questions we had during the building of the Patio. The crew that worked on the Patio, was the most professional. They asked daily if we had any questions. This company has met and exceeded our expectations of the design of this Patio. We are very pleased with the design and layout of Patio and plan to get plenty use out of this Patio. Highly recommend”
