Caleb prepared an imaginative design, and helped us with material selection and budget preparation.The only cost overuns were due to change orders( expansions and additional stairs ) requested by us. We received a budget for each change order. The result is a beautiful deck and pool area which has added value to our home and provides a resort like atmosphere for our family and friends.Centex's bid was not the cheapset and not the most expensive.
