“American Deck and Patio recently designed and built my beautiful outdoor living space that includes a paver patio and screened porch. They were great to work with the whole process was transparent. American Deck and Patio maintained a clean job site every day which I found important being a parent to young children and being part of a strict home association.”

“They replaced my old deck deck and built a deck around my above ground pool. They did a great job and I am happy with the finished product. I did feel like the job could have been completed in 5 days, not 7. The crew sometimes didnt start until 10 and knocked off at 3 with an hour for lunch. It was July and very hot, but as the homeowner I told them they could start as early as they wanted. Might have been betetr to work more before it got real hot.”

With the initial phone call, first onsite meeting and the many phone conversations that followed. Mark worked with us, was patient when we were working through design decisions and especially when working through the cost of the project. There was a lot of give and take and his enthusiasm for our project was evident. It was obvious to us that he “listens” and works to put that into the design and build and wants his customers to be happy with a good quality finished product. If you are looking to replace and or renew your outside environment I would call them.”

“These guys keep their word—period. We are restoring a D.C. tow house to its turn-of-the-century grandeur, and Tom and Agustin kept our (picky!) taste in mind every step of the way. We needed our first floor done for the holidays, and they delivered the project on a silver platter. Anytime we needed help or had questions, concerns or needed to vent, Tom Evers and Agustin Fuentes were—and are—there for us. They also created an in-law suite in our English Basement that is magazine-worthy in its beauty and detail. The party ain't over yet—we are now considering another bathroom reno. We wouldn't consider going with anyone else.”
