We had an idea of how we wanted the deck/pergola to look and they were happy even excited to work out out idea and make it happen. They were on time, quick, personal, neat and great to work with. Prices were fair. Maybe for some a little high but the quality of material is also very high. Our backyard is now a beauty thanks to Western Timber Frame.”

We are very happy. Matt did a great job. We have really appreciated him involving us in the project decisions. As you know, there are always minor issues that pop-up when you get down to the nitty-gritty of the build. Some builders we have had in the past just make their own decisions and go on. Matt was great because he would come and involve us in the decisions so we had a say-so in the overall look. He even made a few adjustments for us to accommodate some of our "old people" needs, and he would give us time to think about what we wanted; no on-the-spot decision-making! Consequently, we are happy with every aspect of the deck, with no buyers' remorse here!
