“We contracted with Keystone Custom Decks to build a porch onto the back of our home. We interviewed a few companies but Keystone blew us away with their creativity, presentation, and professionalism.......and to top it off, they had the best price! This family operated company was extremely reliable, hard working, and very dedicated to producing the perfect addition to our house. Additionally, they were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Now we have a beautiful, solid, quality porch and we couldn't be happier! “I hired Stump to build a second floor deck off my kitchen. It was a tricky design because I was limited by a bay window on one side, an outlet on the other side and a patio below. Stump gave me some very good design ideas for the space and that was one of the main reasons I chose them. I am very happy with the appearance and structure of the deck. My township inspector was complimentary of their workmanship as well. They also were the least expensive of the three quotes I received. I would definitely use them again if doing another project of this nature and give them a strong positive recommendation.”

“Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement.
