After agreeing on a fair price for project, the entire structure was completed in 2 1/2 days (on my foundation) in a professional and courteous manner. I have been in the construction business (retired) for over 45 years and I was very impressed by the quality of this structure and the people involved in the process!”

“After Superstorm Sandy struck in October 2012, and blew down two 50+ foot trees on my house and shed, I made 3 calls immediately - the insurance company, the tree company and Walpole. The salesman, Gary Workman from the Greenvale store, came the following day and, when I still had no power, we worked by lantern light designing my new shed. I had explained that this was the most important repair for me, since I do a lot of gardening and use the shed to store all the supplies. The shed had to be functional, but more importantly, it had to be beautiful. In the ensuing months, the shed was redesigned several times. The salesman was wonderful and patient and even made sure to include the stained glass window salvaged from my old shed in the design of the Walpole shed. I requested whimsy and beauty and have a door with a rounded top (I refer to it as "hobbit style!"). The team that came in the spring to build the shed did a fantastic job. I now have the perfect shed thanks to Walpole. It has eased the horrors of all the post storm repairs . Thank you, Walpole, from the bottom of my heart. “Susan and Daniel were wonderful to work with. Susan creatively designed a fabulous deck to fit our space, and gave us various material options to customize it to fit our needs. She incorporated built-in benches, and other touches that we never would have thought of, increasing the functionality of our deck tremendously. It has become a favorite gathering spot for our family. Throughout the entire process, all permits and details were handled by the Lee's, and all we had to do was enjoy our new deck. The project stayed right on budget, and the Lee's' skills and knowledge were apparent. This was our second project with them, as they also remodeled our front stairs and created a front sitting porch for us as well. They are wonderful and I could not recommend them more highly!”
