We build outdoor structures (pergolas, arbors, gazebos, etc.) and many times will receive a client request for a retractable awning or canopy. Since 2008, we have used ShadeFX products exclusively for our upper-end clients, with outstanding results. Steve Ostrowski, President of ShadeFX has consistently and repeatedly improved his product over the years, and every time we spec one out for a job, it is the most elegant application that could be placed. The awning systems are well worth the cost; rainproof, windproof, solid, sturdy, stable. Our clients are very happy, and therefore WE are also happy. :) His newest design, a top-mount system with polycarbonate sheeting, looks like it will overcome the snow-load issue prevalent in many Northern applications, and we have already ordered 12 of them. GREAT JOB, fellas, and we look forward to many more years of your amazing product!”

“I purchased 2 sets Craft-Bilt aluminum railings and feel they are the best on the market. They are all aluminum (no plastic parts), and unlike most others all bolts. screws, etc. are not visible on the finished product. I am a retail customer and installed the railings myself following their installation guide... and the folks at Craft-Bilt are very helpful. Great product at a very competitive price... better than the big box outlets.”

“We contracted Loris to build our new back deck 38 X 12 using a high quality composite board and black aluminum railing from Deck Mart in Woodbridge. We are happy we finally chose to go with composite, rather than wood or pressure treated• lots of decision making. Loris built 2 sets of stairs• we were happy to learn of the feature of adding a little extra width to each step making them extra safe and easy to travel. We loved his plan for laying the composite board. His careful planning made for very little waste. Every single board was cut with great precision. He always shared his great ideas and even came up with better ones. We were able to find him because of the great job he was doing at our neighbours• a beautiful curved retaining wall to their driveway. I know our neighbour researched many companies before making their decision to hire Conzan and we benefited from their research. Loris was great to work with and became a good friend during the project. Needless to say, we were impressed with Loris’ workmanship and personality. You will get a high quality job that you will be more than pleased with. The Harwood’s Sutton”

He put a lot of effort in understanding what I wanted. The result was fabulous, beyond expectations. Steve, the carpenter and Bernie, the deck stainer, who also made my custom outdoor cushions, went above and beyond. True artists.
