“Not being sure exactly what we wanted in our new backyard, we contacted Archadeck. The end result is a beautiful screened porch that doubles as an outdoor living room.Their attention to detail is quite good, and the construction team was very respectful. They kept noise to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves every day, which I really appreciated as I work from home. I would definitely recommend them.”

“We contracted Fernando to finish our modular home and make several improvements and upgrades. His timeliness, communications and ability to manage the various sub-contractors was excellent. I have been in the housing business for many years and I am honestly say he has been the most straightforward and easy general contractor to work with in my experience. He solved everything we threw at him, and at a fair timeline and price. The results are amazing. We are very happy with our new home.”

“These guys do amazing work. I was hesitant to add a Pergola, but I am so glad we did. If built right, they can offer more shade than you think. Make sure you ask them for some pictures. I would be shocked if you didn't want one after seeing some of their past work. Everything was quick, easy and painless. The work was done quickly with great communication from the project manager. I highly recommend. All my neighbors love the quality of our new Pergola.”

“In 2000 our family built a 20’ X 25’ river rock / blue stone patio. Eighteen years later, the area required attention to restore it to its original beauty. Queen City Fireplace & Outdoor Living was one of three contractors to review the task and explain our options. We were pleased with their approach and selected them to perform the work. They meticulously cleaned and removed the blue stone, regraded the bedding material, and reset, grouted and sealed the stone in a timely manner. This required a lot of physical work in the summer heat and humidity. Their attention to detail was outstanding and the project was completed on schedule. They cleaned the area each night and maintained a safe work environment. Queen City employees are consummate professionals. We are pleased with their work and would not hesitate to use the again for our patio needs. Expectations were exceeded.”

“I received 3 bids for my new cedar shutters and railing on my home. Rob from Good Cedar Charlotte stood out from the other two. He was very professional, not salesy, but service focused. I was still working on my vision for the transparent shutters and railing, and he offered to bring some samples over so I could work on my very particular look I was going for. It was clear to me which company was going to deliver the best product. Throughout the entire process, Rob worked with me to get the exact look I was going for and I am really excited and happy with how they turned out. I recommend Rob and Good Cedar Charlotte to anyone looking to get a great service at a reasonable price.
