Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. “Core was contracted to replace a pressure-treated two-level deck with a 26'x15' screened porch and a 20'x20' deck. The porch had to be tied into two different level roofs, which ended up looking seamless! All no-maintenance, high quality materials were used. Porch includes recessed lights, ceiling fan, electrical outlets, and beautiful pine ceiling. Unlike some contractors, the Core team showed up every day until the project was complete.
