“I sent in a request looking for a concrete contractor quotes on a Sunday knowing that I wouldn’t get a response until the following day, but I got a response in less than 10 minutes! Fast forward to the next day, Monday, I received a call from Matias to go over what exactly I was looking for, extend an existing patio with options for stamping and coloring. We discussed in length about the project and if there were any obstacles (access, pipes, etc) and he was able to give an estimated turnaround timeframe from my description and added picture I sent in. Since I could give the actual square footage due to the existing oddly shaped patio, Matias informed me that they do their measurements via satellite imagery! Wow, talk about high tech and impressive. At the end of call, Matias did ask if I could do a google meet of the project site to get the gist of the area, unfortunately I was at work but so I couldn’t “show” him around at that very moment, but since he called me at the perfect time where I was just about to head home for the day, we scheduled our google meet an hour later. I took Matias on a “tour” of my backyard and showed him my spray painted markings I did on the dirt hoping it would make sense, luckily for me it did =). As we ended the google meet, Matias informed me that he will be sending over via email pictures of stamp and coloring options and that his quote would be sent within 24-48 hours followed by a phone call do discuss any changes. Matias is super friendly and knowledgeable, and his customer service has exceeded my expectations. I hope to be able to work with him and this company!”
