From the start Marc understood the challenges we faced, and our desire to create something very special, as this was to be our forever home. Before we started the project, we came up with a not to exceed finished cost. With Marc’s planning and guidance, we are on track to finish just below our allotted budget. Our project took longer then expected due mainly to poor weather but the result was worth the wait.
