“Ken designed our hardscape and gardens several years ago. He did an excellent job incorporating all our wishes for raised beds, disguising our hot tub and giving us lovely views from anywhere we sit! Our home was built in 1832 and he was able to make our garden look like it had been part of our home for years! We would highly recommend him for any outdoor project you have.”

“These guys are the best I have dealt with. They are top notch professionals that focus on detail and customer satisfaction. They completed a project for me in July of this year that began on Jan. 1st included adding a kiddie pool, hardscaping around the existing pool, a outdoor kitchen, fire pit, fencing, audio throughout, lighting and landscape. Randy, Jarrod and the crews that make up this company are the most respectful I have ever been around and even though it was a 7 month project they never wore out their welcome. From start to finish and even after completion follow-up has been wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.”

“Terri completely redid our front lawn this past summer. Since then, we've had two offers on our house although we never intended to sell and won't but those are great compliments. She leveled the yard and created a beautiful landscape full of over 15 perennials and evergreens that were well designed. I wanted low maintenance with green as much of the year as possible, butterflies and a variety of color that would show up all summer and fall. She accomplished all of it. I learned a huge lesson that I think the novice gardener or homeowner does not know... don't rely on just going to your local Lowe's or hardware store for plants. Those varieties are the common varieties and often you need varieties that are suitable to your type of soil and the "height" is important as there are often dwarf varieties. Terri knew how to select a variety of heights that added so much to the balance of the landscape. I receive daily compliments. It has made a huge difference on our home. She was professional and her team on time. They transformed my front yard in 4 days!”

“Betty Freeman and crew are the only people that I would even consider to do my landscape. Betty is a true artist and her work is second to none! She envisions with such creativity , thoughtfully placing each rock so that it looks like It has always been there, she does the same with the plantings. She has the knowledge for ease of maintance, and longevity. Wish that we could clone her! I would rate her as a double five star!”

“Stapleton Landscape Architecture designed the landscaping and driveway for our new home in Abingdon, Virginia. Jeff Stapleton, worked directly with my wife and I to develop a plan that we both loved. He then worked with the landscaping contractor during construction to make sure all the trees, shrubs and other materials were ordered correctly and installed properly. Since then we have utilized Stapleton to design an outdoor kitchen, retaining wall and patio. We could not be happier with the service we received and without hesitation would recommend Stapleton Landscape Architecture to anyone.”
