From the overall designof the landscaping project, installaton and fire pit fabrication, Lani was my one call to do it all. She did not try to oversell what I had invisioned for the landscaping project and was completely on time, on budget and followed up during and after the project started. She promptly returned my phone calls and all correspondence. The installation crew was extremely flexible and accommodating to my last minute changes. I found the pricing to be very reasonable. “Ben Himschoot & the HDS team were fantastic to work with. My husband and I enjoyed the entire process from start to finish for our backyard project. Right away we choose Ben because of his personalized approach, and you'll realize this later but he definitely manages your wish list within your budget to get the most out while not having to sacrifice quality. Our project required a little bit of everything as we had a big fixer-upper with issues to address including flooding, a ginormous tree stump, concrete excavation, implementing adequate drainage, installing a gas fire pit and pavers. Ben's team was able to stick to the timeline and budget as best they could (no one knew the concrete was one-foot deep!) and we are so happy we made this investment especially since we spend the majority of the quarantine out there now! I couldn't recommend anyone better for who's ever thinking about doing some work around the house even for the "easy" projects. Ben has your interests and personality top of mind the entire time and pays so much attention to the details that matter to you most. We've loved working with him so much that we're continuing into this summer to work on the yard and our house some more.”

“Brian and his team have done some phenomenal work us; from the design to the day-to-day work to the communication of how everything has been going, we have truly been impressed. Our front yard had been neglected for some time and needed a LOT of work. As soon as we reached out to Awad Landscapes through their website, we received a response and set up a meeting for them to check out our yard. As soon as Brian arrived, it was clear that he was a landscaping authority. He quickly let us know of any issues we had inherited (grading issues, invasive bushes, etc.). He also began to give us some ideas on the types of things we could do to improve our curb appeal. In the design phase, we gave Brian a lot of leeway for creativity. The renderings he provided were absolutely beautiful; we had NO changes to the design. He nailed it! He also let us know of the things that we could and couldn't do with the budget that we had in mind. We felt that he really wanted to work with us and was always quick to respond. When it ultimately came down to turning the design into a reality, we were even more impressed by Brian and his team's work ethic. Brian's team was working late hours, even weekends, to get all of the work done for us. Upon seeing rain in the forecast one Sunday morning, a member of Brian's team came to get some work done and cover anything that could be damaged. After the rain had come through, he came back later that day to finish the job. Truly impressive work ethic and customer service. Of course, the work itself, which included hard and softscapes, came out beautifully; even better than we had imagined! Brian used quality products and upgraded our brick pavers. He helped us absorb some of the additional costs due to unforeseen conditions and set up sprinklers for us on timers to water our sod when we were away at work. He's also been making trips up to our house every so often just to see how things are going or to add mulch in different areas to improve the look of our yard. Brian and his team have truly been a pleasure to work with. We know that we can always keep his contact information handy in the event that we have any questions or more landscaping work and we've received numerous compliments on our yard ever since.”
