After a quick consult, she quickly delivered a simple and elegant plan that maximized our space and helped transform our spartan backyard into a relaxing oasis. Jennifer is very intuitive and quickly grasped what we were after: a clean, west-coast inspired, low maintenance space featuring bamboo, a dining and lounge space and an outdoor fireplace. We also challenged her to obscure our backyard parking pad which she accomplished through clever tree placement and a mix of materials including an Ipe deck, 18" Indian stone and asphalt. Special thanks to Dean at Kingsway Landscape Contractors for delivering an outstanding end product. The team was quick, clean and hassle free. “We first hired Carina Cassidy Design a few years ago, when we needed some help with landscaping our previous home. She patiently and collaboratively worked with us, and our landscaping contractor, with the utmost professionalism. She brought her own fresh ideas to the project.... and agreeably collaborated on our own. Her creative is fantastic, as is the knowledge of her craft. She would make smart recommendations, and always backed it up with 'why'. She adhered to agreed-upon deadlines and budget. Overall, I'd say using her enhanced the whole experience, and we were thrilled with the end result. “My wife and I live in a subdivision where the houses look pretty similar to one another and making your house stand out from the rest can be quite a challenge. We were tired of looking like all the rest and had seen some of the other projects Tumber and Associates had worked on and were very impressed. We hired Tumber and Associates to redesign our front landscape, and while our project was relatively small in scale, the impact was huge! We have gone from run- of the- mill to outstanding. The design even included a private seating area that we never would have thought of doing ourselves, but we use this feature often. Planting choices, hardscape materials and wood accents all contribute to a unique and visually pleasing flow to the entire front landscape. People passing by our house continually stop and comment on the beautiful transformation of our front yard. The crew that worked on our design from start to finish were knowledgeable, courteous and professional in every sense of the word. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to stand out from the crowd. They provided good value and a very pleasant experience for my wife and I that we will remember for years to come.”

“We would like to thank Greg, Chris, Dwayne, Jose and Ashley for their amazing and creative hard work! We have dealt with a number of contractors in the past and ended up unsatisfied at times as we felt that our needs were misunderstood or when the finished product was not of the promised quality. But for Greg Hogan’s team really heard us!!! From the design of our backyard to the timing and handling of our backyard project. They incorporated the things that we needed, to the things we wanted. ALL within our budget!! They reviewed everything to the grading and made suggestions to solve problems beyond our expectations!! As owner, Greg really communicated well with his team to advise us of considerations throughout the project! Dwayne and Jose were foreman and employee on our job! What a pleasure it was to greet them in the morning before we left for work to in the evening when we returned home! it was great to have these 2 gentlemen working in our home space.
