She listens very closely and then translates her client's vision masterfully! She is always on top of budgets, always stays connected and communicates at the highest level. “CCHLD turned my dirt yard into a gravel parking lot and pathway to the front door. They did a beautiful with that. Then they turned my weedy, sloping backyard into a three tired, rock wall, garden. There is a firepit and patio at the bottom. They did everything we talked about, within my budget, and it is beautiful. Thanks Chuck and crew for a job well done. “Bayberry Nurseries helped us chose a unique tree for our home landscape. The Bayberry associates harvested, transported and replanted our Paviflora on our property. They were professional, friendly, efficient, detail oriented, positive happy energy, hard working and a pleasure to have. I kind of feel they are like the landscape geeks! You know, the people who get really excited about plants and trees and know just way too much about them! This unique experience of choosing materials that are growing in the ground and have to be harvested was such a beautiful, joyful process. It's as if they not only care about the people, but they truly care about the trees and environment too. Justin really spent a lot of time to make sure he matched us with the right tree. We feel as if we have adopted into our family, a living energy that we will be happy to care for and watch grow. It was so easy!”

“Easy choice … the duo of Jess and Scott McDermott delivers double value - two sets of eyes/ears and perspectives. They really listened to what we wanted. They offered options, rationale and clear communications- no jargon. They collaborated well with our builder and landscaping install team. They hand-selected species at the nursery, they were onsite for delivery and even replaced what did not meet their standards. They followed-up multiple times and came back on-site to check on growth. I will add pics after young plantings bloom. HIGHLY recommend with no reservation.”

“A site contractor recommended LM Land Design, LLC to me because of the very good working relationship he had with Lise on several residential projects. I was working on a limited budget and wanted to build on an overall landscape design for my residence that I could add to each year. I called LM Land Design, LLC and talked to Lise . Lise came out the next day and we got started on creating a working drawing. (Best move I could have made) Lise was extremely helpful, reasonable priced and offered a lot of great Ideas . LM Land Design, LLC provided: 1) a working drawing, 2) a plant list that fit the NH area, 3) Conceptual Design (ideas to contemplate,) 4) construction Planning, 5) gave me the ability to budget Thank You Lise, Ray Madore West Shore Road Windham NH”
