We found Max to be smart, knowledgeable, and very responsive to our schedule, budget, and landscape desires (including the need for drainage mitigation). His ultimate design for a modern, low-maintenance landscape was both creative and practical; and we couldn't be happier with his plant recommendations. “Tan, the owner of Westland Design Ltd, is wonderful. He listened and really understood our need. Me dad has alzheimer's and had started wandering. Now with our beautiful enclosed and gated courtyard, he is safe and we are happy. My elderly parents sit and admire the open and interesting space for hours and the birdies come and bathe in our little water feature. If dad were to wake up confused in the night he can sit in his softly illuminated garden and find peace and tranquility. Tan and Doug and Lucas worked so hard to create a work of art for us, we are completely pleased and grateful. I now feel a deep friendship for Tan and hope he and his team and family will always be a part of ours. Which is another fact in his favour, he took me around to many different project sites and all the home owners I met were so pleased with their projects, even after many years.
