“The Pattie Group has taken care of our property for the past 8 years, 3 of which we were not living in the home. We trusted them with everything even when we were not there and relied on them for many extra services , ie watching the home, letting people in for work, etc. Not only did they take impeccable care of the gutters, water fall, sprinkler system, grounds, gardens, tennis court, etc. but they were very efficient. The home was a garden showcase and I could not provide a higher recommendation for The Pattie Group. they truly delivered on their reputation as the premier landscape provider in the Chagrin Valley. Their service and communication was excellent. Their workers and staff were always polite, always took the extra step and made us feel as if they were a partner in maintaining the home. “I have had Thompson do projects at my home and most recently at my business and they are efficient workers that come in, do a great job with a minimum of disruption and the results always look great. At my home they did a brick walk way to the front door with beautiful plantings and some specimen trees and in the back yard they did a moss stone walkway to a brick patio with a brick cutting edge all around every garden. At my business they have done 3 projects. A beautiful stone raised bed that also houses my sign, a new bed and walkway in the front yard and after removing three very large dying trees they put in some beautiful new trees and a small sitting area for a picnic table for a outdoor waiting area for my customers.”

After we ordered and received a topographical survey of all landscape features, we met with the designer to review concept plans. Our goal was to have a plan that could be implemented partly by our family of seven, over about 3 to 4 years, with professional services for the installation of the rainwater conservation system and the driveway..”
