What really stood out was the care they took in every part of the project, from the design (when we were offered a number of different, carefully considered options) through to its execution. James and Jackie really understood what we wanted, and made fantastic suggestions. For example, our shelves were floor to (almost) ceiling and they designed a beautiful ladder which allows us to reach the top shelf but also stores flat against the shelves when not in use.
