“Very focused on customer satisfaction no matter what the purchase. I have purchased carpeting, a large sofa, entertainment center and a King size mattress. They are very responsive to any questions and concerns and make sure that you will be a repeat customer. I have shopped other places to see if I can get a better price and they are ALWAYS less expensive then their competition. Wish I could spend lots more money here!”

“Susan Knox was wonderful to work with. She truly listened to us. She worked with the color palate we had already started using. She listened to the needs we had for the room and she honored our budget. She gave us many options and then honored our decision. We never felt pushed to go over budget. She was very helpful and easy to work with. We loved her design sense. Our room is beautiful, functional, but most importantly it is a comfy space for our friends and family.”
