“The cream Kennedy swivel chair is beautiful and very comfortable. I am 5’9” tall and the design of the chair is perfect for myself and my husband who is 6’1”. The velvet is lovely and soft. Shipping was quicker than expected. Customer service is excellent. They responded to my questions quickly and Faith was extremely helpful! Very pleased with the whole experience”

“Everyone should purchase a couch from Maiden Home! We recently purchased the Sullivan couch and everything from the ordering process to delivery has been a truly wonderful experience. What makes Maiden Home stand apart is the transparency and customer service, not to mention the quality product. After submitting our order, we were told the exact week the couch would be ready (lots of companies just give you an estimate, Maiden Home actually gives you more detailed timing and lived up to it). We were also updated on the status of the couch throughout the process and then contacted once the couch was ready for delivery. How great is that! The couch is honestly one of the most comfortable couches I have sat on, not to mention the quality -- the - way hand tied springs is something you usually get at higher price points. We even received a hand written thank you note from the owner after purchasing -- even though Maiden Home is an "online store" it feels very much like a mom and pop store that truly cares about its customers and wants to deliver a top quality product.”

“The staff was very professional and knowledgeable and I was very happy with how my project turned out. I had just moved into my new condo in Sunny Isles and I wanted to organize my walk in closet, as well as get some accent pieces for the living room. My sales person at Poliform provided me with the drawings and asked me questions like how many pieces of different clothing I owned in order to allocate the space exactly to my needs ( all my 43 pairs of shoes fitted perfectly + more space for the new ones), there were also special shelves for the purses and accessories. Amazing! My apartment is very light, and initially I wanted to go with white cabinetry to match everything, but ended up with walnut interiors, which gave some contrast to the overall palette of my place (sales person recommendation). I also got a couple outstanding pieces for my living room – two ICS stools and Ventura in bright pink, they definitely gave a lot of character to the room. My sales person was out of town when my delivery arrived, but the showroom manager, Maritza, personally followed up and made sure everything was delivered and installed properly. Great service and products! Highly recommend this place!”

“They confirmed the order immediately, smoothed out any questions, gave me an expected delivery time frame and actually called a week early to deliver on a Sunday for no extra fee! Professional delivery, perfect setup and they took away the packaging. Real people answer the phone and they know their products and service. Could not ask for a more responsive, accurate and perfect experience! I will not hesitate to order again soon.”

“I had a wonderful experience with S&G. They were super accommodating from Start to finish. At one point we changed the fabrics we wanted to use for our chairs and when I called Judy she was not upset in the least bit. She said it was no problem and spent another meeting with us (it took quite a few hours!) until we found a fabric we were truly happy with. I would go back to them in the future because their service is excellent and their product speaks for itself.”
