“We have recently purchased 5 beautiful pieces from Oak Furniture. We received wonderful customer service from Roy at Castle Hill & he was so helpful with a flexible delivery date, as we were renovating. We then met the very helpful associate, Garry, who came to our home pre delivery, to ascertain suitable access. We had one difficult access point, however 2 days later Garry & the 2 professional delivery men made it all work so smoothly. Their care in transportation was very reassuring. All packaging was removed on delivery morning. We love our furniture! ”
