My previous tenants had a dog who in a state of anxiety and panic literally ate my front door, damaged the trim, and damaged the surrounding drywall. Dan went above and beyond to restore the area to near perfection and far exceeded my expectations. Dan also took care of a host of other smaller tasks including Re-installing smoke alarms (that the tenants removed), replacing damaged vertical blinds and bedroom curtains, and patching and painting the walls throughout the house damaged by the tenants.
