“ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! I am incredibly grateful for the professional, effective, honest, responsive services I have received from Jeff and Perfect World Home Improvement. We initially hired him from a referral in May 2018 to repair damage done to the exterior of our home by a rental tenant. He did a GREAT job with that repair -- could not even tell the siding had ever been damaged. He replaced it and painted it and it matched the house perfectly. Fast forward to January 2019 when we learned of more issues that needed to be addressed. This included damage from a flood due to a washing machine hose leaking water through the floor and into the bedroom, closet, hallway, and through the ceiling into the kitchen, dining and living room areas below. Jeff was so helpful in getting everything dried out, hauled out, and repaired. We initially hired Restoration 1, whom we quickly learned was very deceptive in their practices, so they were fired, and Jeff took over. He also did cost-saving measures such as keeping the trim and putting it back afterward, and lots of other helpful details that led to keeping our costs under control while doing an exceptional job restoring our home to what it was supposed to be. He was a very good communicator, answering calls, emails, questions all very timely. His work was thorough. His assessments and estimates were accurate. He was dependable and reliable. The entire job he did for us was completed in under 3 weeks from when the flood happened. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs GREAT work done effectively and affordably. By the way, I tried to upload several photos to show all the work done, but this forum allows 4 photos total. Trust me, it looks AMAZING! I am so relieved. Also should mention I had 6 tenants living in the house during this flood and restoration, and Jeff and his crew were extremely respectful to them, and made as much of the house as accessible as possible as quickly as possible.
