Empire Grading was chosen to do a project at our condo association after bids were taken from three firms. Not only did they have good ideas, they were able to execute the job in a clean and timely manner. Our condo neighborhood has 30 year old landscaping which needs refreshing. Wesley provided knowledgeable insight into our situation. His effective communication was dependable and simple to understand. We were blown away by the deliverable, which greatly exceeded our expectations. They definitely under promised and over delivered.
