“Leyla came out for a 2 hour consultation. My intent was to get ideas and colors for a dining room and bathroom. It was totally worth it because Leyla seems to instinctively know design. In her mind's eye she saw a round table where I had been considering to switch out my rectangular dining table for a round one but I hadn't even asked her yet. She pointed to me that of all the pictures I saved for her to see what style attracted me, my current decor did not reflect it, in color or style. Seems like a no brainer and yet I didn't see that until she showed me specifics. She pointed out things like wallpaper and paint meeting without an architectural break was a no no. I never liked the way it looked but didn't know why. She honestly pointed out that my kitchen was too dark, and that I should repaint the dark ceilings. Her manner is direct, honest and cheerfully friendly. I had a long list of questions and she addressed every one satisfactorily whether it was about draperies, wall colors or furnishings. I would hire Leyla again. Sorry no pictures yet. Because I'm acting as my own general contractor and doing a lot of the work myself it is taking longer than anticipated, perhaps I can attach a photo later on.”

“5 stars isn't enough to describe my experience with Kerrie Kelly Design Lab. Where to begin, Kerrie and her team were always friendly, responsive, enthusiastic and professional. Their sense of style is great and don't force what they like on you, but instead really listen and present options to fit your taste and they are happy to work with what you already have. For almost every room / piece they presented both a reasonable and more expensive option and made you feel good about either choice! They have a great team and resources for any house project at their fingertips. From a financial perspective, I couldn't be more impressed.. I have heard and experienced designers who nickel and dime you at every corner for their time, with KKDL you know exactly what the deal is going to be and I felt that it was very reasonable and services exceeded what I paid for. “Sam, made my bathroom remodel so easy! She brought over the samples with everything coordinated. Saved me hours and hours of trying to figure out what tile, flooring, vanity, etc., and then saved me from all the endless second-guessing that I would have done on my own. Problem solved! It was so easy to order everything I needed, and with her research and knowledge, she was able to save me quite a bit of money on some items.”

“Design services for whole house remodel. Original recommendation was from our contractor for a design/build project. MADD quickly comprehended our desired outcomes and developed a great overall design with a feel that perfectly matched our life style. While the overall project cost exceeded our intended budget we loved it so much we bit the bullet and went for it. MADD helped us to identify those areas where cost cutting would negatively impact the project but also steered us to budget savings areas that were negligible to the look and feel of the project. MADD was easy to work with and respectful of our opinions. I love the approach of absorbing the information we gave her both verbally and physically and then providing us with several options to choose among. It saved us a lot of time and showed how an interior designer's skill can move our project to the next level.”

“I am presently working with Judy on my 4th house over a period of 15 years. Her design ideas and taste level are impeccable. She always listens to my vision and then helps steer me toward a great finished product. She was caring for her husband during his final illness during our current project and has still managed to deliver for me during a difficult time. One of the things that has always amazed me about her is her ability to memorize color and details. She remembers all of the details of the projects we have done over time without having to go to her archives. I love my current home and don’t plan on moving any time soon. However, if I do, one of the first calls I will make will be to Judy.”

“I spent 18 months five years ago working with Ms. Keiser to furnish my new SF home. I had decided to bring no furniture from my upper EastSide Manhattan apartment. I wanted a new approach, different from what my decorator had so splendidly done there. I had high expectations but she was young. I decided to take a chance because I liked her confidence and her sense of style and her hutzpah to disagree with me. We spent days at the Design Center visiting a dizzying array of vendor show rooms. We reviewed catalogs, agreeing, disagreeing on fabrics, styles, We visited scores of antique shops, consignment stores. She found a HudsonSide Table, four Les Arcs Barstools, a Furlong Ottoman (that has dazzled visitors0 and more. At the conclusion of our partnership Ms. Keiser presented me with a leather bound book replete with photos, invoices of evrrt item we acquired. If I was not completely satisfied I would not have so elaborated herein. J William Grimes”
