“Susan designed a new kitchen layout for our home, including moving walls, changing plumbing, etc. She identified and hired the appropriate contractors and worked closely with the kitchen cabinet company. She worked through all of the details of the job with us (selection of countertops, tile, lighting, wall colors, flooring, window treatments). Susan ensured a very high quality job and we love our remodeled kitchen. We have also worked with Susan on the design and decorating of many other rooms in our home. She is very professional and knowledgable about all aspects of design. We would hire her again for any interior design job, big or small.”

“Betsy is an incredible designer. She listens very carefully to her clients taste and lifestyle needs and incorporates that into her incredible creative vision. Where others see obstacles, Betsy finds solutions that are budget conscious and beautiful. Although she is not an architect, she designed a renovation project that solved a myriad of problems without requiring the massive renovation suggested by several contractors. She is a pleasure to be around and has a wonderful positive attitude. My contractor, the subcontractors and our vendors all enjoy working with her as well because she is professional, conscientious, thorough and always well informed. Having encountered other designers over the years who were either pushy - in the sense that they were not budget sensitive or that they wanted my home to reflect their taste -- I can honestly say Betsy is a breath of fresh air. Their creativity not only helped me maximize my budget, but also gave me confidence to mix colors and prints in way that I might not otherwise have dared. They absolutely nailed my family's style! I especially appreciate Scott & Susan's willingness to serve almost as a general contractor might, coordinating carpenters to construct built-in bookshelves, painters to apply finishing touches, electricians to install lighting, and professionals to install wallpaper, tile, and window treatments--all on time! They're well-connected in all of these areas, and they handled all of the details, which made the whole process very smooth and convenient for me. I'm planning several new projects for the coming years, and I can't wait to work with Susan and Scott again!”

“Lisa has assisted me with several projects, both big and small. She helped us select furnishings, accent pieces and window treatments for our master bedroom and bath, she helped design bathrooms and living spaces in our summer home in Maine and recently she helped me 'stylize' the book shelves in my living room. Lisa always does a terrific job! After listening to me describe my likes and dislikes she came up with a plan and set to work. I've always felt that she quickly understood what I was looking for and designed spaces that reflected my taste- not just her own. She's helped turn the living spaces in my home from being 'nice' to being really special. I really feel like my bedroom is now an 'oasis' and I can't wait to return to it each evening- we are so, so pleased and would recommend her highly.”

“Robin Gannon and her colleagues have been outstanding every step of the way. Robin's flair for design is noteworthy and she knows how to interpret the "look" and feel I have been going for in each room and project - and there have been a variety so it's not just the same design over and over. And Robin is fun! She brings excitement and ease into the creative process so there's no pressure - just playful imagination. Robin is incredibly resourceful: she finds true artists to hang wallpaper and do decorative painting - including an elegant gold hue on our dining room ceiling which was just the right touch. All of the workers she brings in - electricians, carpenters, painters, fabric experts for window treatments and pillows - have been top notch. Robin also follows through on all installations and coordinates installation and work flow scheduling as if it's a symphony. And Robin is practical - she knows what's worth a slight splurge and when it's OK to include something more affordable - she will work with any budget and not make you feel like she has a target purchase price in mind. While every room deserves to be featured in a design magazine, each room meant to be lived in and enjoyed. I have been working on various projects with Robin and her staff since 2009 and I'm still going at my own pace as my budget and time allows for new projects (the total cost below reflects 6 different spaces we've worked on since 2009 - and we're tackling 3 more currently. I absolutely love working with her and I'd recommend her to anyone - you will not be disappointed in the least!!”
