Her qualifications include a Masters degree in Furniture and Timber Design I have worked with Carole on two major re-design projects in my home. One of Carole's strengths is her diligence in communication when the client is not on-site - she was constantly updating and discussing the project with me - this was very valuable in assuring me that the project was under competent control. I was able to leave several design decisions in her hands, with confidence. As we were unable to live in the house while renovations were ongoing, and were in fact overseas for that time, this was a great asset. Another of her strengths is the network of professionals she has built - she gets the best out of them, or she doesn't use them. Carole has been a continuing source of backup and information long after the project finished and has rectified some minor problems promptly.
