“My name is Erik Nelson, I am a Canadian "Red Seal" journeyman plumber/gas fitter and I've had the pleasure of working with Irene on a few occasions over the last five or six years. The first thing I noticed was her high energy and it was apparent she loves what she does and is extremely good at it. Her eye for colors is ahead of her time (by this I mean her color choices are consistently two or three years ahead of what's trending) and the way she uses them highlights the feature but is never overbearing. Her color choices were phenomenal and brought the place to life . A standout feature was the west side of the dining room where her use of about a hundred small mirrors all at different angles made for one of the most unique and spectacular walls I've ever seen. The other job was a former "drug house" that was on the market twice without a single viewing. She came in, took over and transformed that place from a run down shack to a warm and inviting, modern masterpiece for about nine thousand dollars ! After she staged it it was again put on the market and sold on the very first viewing for around a hundred thousand dollars more than it was originally offered at ! I would highly recommend Ms. Atchison as a color consultant , designer or team leader for any new construction or renovation project.”
