“I got to know JY through a friend's recommendation. He is straight to the point and is able to deliver what has been communicated. During our meet up with the other IDs, all they did was throw some of the packages to us but it was different with JY. He sold us off with his explanation and how he can help us to have a house of our own. He is not pushy and finds out our preferences and ideas before coming out with the design, and he totally nailed it with her his proposal! During the renovation, he always keeps us updated through calls, Whatsapp and photos. My working experience with him was excellent. He also ensured that everything that needed to be fixed was done up properly before I moved into the house. His sense of responsibility meant that I didn't have to worry about my renovation. It was totally a stress-free renovation experience and we are very happy with our home!”

“We engaged Fifth Avenue Interior to take charge of the entire process of our home renovation. As this was our very first property, after much consideration and research, we decided to place trust in them and it was truly the best decision made! Our designer managed to meet all of our expectations ( to be honest, despite it being pretty challenging ). The time management was awesome and most importantly, we were always updated of the progression of the renovation, needless to say, the quality of work was close to perfect! “Before we got the keys for our new BTO flat, we were already looking around for a trustworthy renovation company. Our budget is limited and also have a tight schedule, ie we wish to finish the renovation within two months. We talked with quite a few different companies and IDs. But Yomi made us feel that we can trust her to be fully in charge of our renovation without having to worry about inappropriate behaviors from either the workers or the designer herself. She is a very responsible ID and took care of everything for us throughout the whole renovation period. we only came down a few times when she needed us to be on site.”

“Rina is a personal friend and one whom I've considered to have impeccable style and attention to details having been to her apartment several times so when she mentioned that she was going into interior designing, I did not hesitate to ask if she could help out with the renovation of my kitchen. I shared with Rina the type of style that I liked and based on that, she came up with her proposed design, including the rounded island counter, down to the bar stools to go with the design. Rina would discuss and come up with ideas as to how I could lower the costs to keep within my budget while still ensuring that my requirements are met i.e. having a storage space for large items, concealing the washing machine and rubbish chute. She also coordinated and provided a detailed timeline as to when the plumber, the painter, the electrician and the carpenter would come down to work on their respective parts, ensuring a seamless workflow and when there were issues, she was quick to rectify them. As Rina is fairly new in this line, I was initially concerned that there would be issues with the renovation but I am glad to say that I am extremely happy with how my kitchen and 'display/storage cabinet' turned out.”
