“We hired Vance to help us quickly furnish our newly purchased Carmel By The Sea cottage so we could begin enjoying the use of it quickly. She was so fun and inspiring to work with. She and her wonderful assistant, Kim, went over and beyond handling the ordering and delivery of the furniture! I would highly recommend this team for any type of design work you need. This was our first remodel and we needed a lot of hand holding, which she never balked at. She got to know our style and then took the reins from there. She gave us great recommendations, ideas, and cost-saving tips, but most importantly, she gave us a gorgeous, functional kitchen. I still cant believe its mine, and we owe it all to Roberta!”

“Melanie designed the renovation of my kitchen and the master bathroom. She was very good about listening and incorporating not only my needs but also my personality into the project. She was very open and supportive, therefore, we were able to do all the design and planning up front, avoiding any changes once the contractor started work. This was particularly helpful as we were doing all this during the pandemic with the effects on the supply chain. She is very knowledgeable but also curious, and always brings a positive energy to every exchange. The results have exceeded my expectations.”

“Recently, I engaged Ms. Turcotte's services in helping me remodel my kitchen and re-design the living room. Janice offered quality and interesting materials and suggested idea that never would have occurred to me. Some ideas, while adventurous, upon acceptance, gave visual impact upon completion and it pleased me that I avoided my conservative taste. Ms. Turcotte was professional at all times, prompt in her appointments, and went our of her way to search for items and materials she felt would be compatible with the basic materials previously chosen. Of great importance, she would listen to my ideas and questions. If you are interested in hiring a designer to upgrade your living space you would be well advised to seek her guidance and creative abilities. Good taste does not need to be expensive. She is experienced with photoshop, sketchUp, and rendering programs. In fact, she introduced & taught staff how to use rendering programs. She has a great Eye for design. She was always friendly with vendors & clients, and staff really enjoyed having her on the team -- she has a great attitude!”
