“My husband and I have been working with Joan Lombardi on different projects since 2004 to present. She has a background in interior and architectural design. Her eye for color is phenomenal. She designed and chose the color wave for a beautiful area rug in our den. Joan drew up plans for our new bathroom/bedroom suite and also drew renderings of original pieces of furniture for our den and bedroom. She is extremely talented and works within a budget. Joan does an excellent job and a pleasure to work with.”

“Fabulous Experience! Sandy helped us with two projects: 1) stage our "old" home in preparation for sale and 2) decorate our "new" home. Sandy understands how to effectively stage a home for sale. She primarily used furniture and accessories we already owned to improve the flow and appearance of our previous home - and our home sold quickly! Her fee for this service was reasonable and was definitely money very well spent. I would recommend that home sellers talk to Sandy before putting their home on the market. The small investment in her professional services can payoff in selling your home more quickly and maximizing the selling price of your home. First impressions are SO important! Sandy also helped with the interior decorating in our new home. She spent time developing an understanding of our decorating preferences and the "feel" we wanted in our home. Sandy helped us chose beautiful paint colors (she helped me think outside the "beige box" ) and also shopped for some new accessories and furniture for our home. She then assisted with furniture placement and accessory placement and made it all come together beautifully! Sandy is very warm and non-intimidating. This was my first experience with a decorator, and I wanted to make sure our home reflected our personal taste and style. Sandy helped us accomplish this within our budget. We will definitely call Sandy again as we make some changes to our home!”

“We did a complete kitchen update makeover. Never having used a professional design consultant my first concern was adding even more cost to a the biggest project we’d yet attempted. The concern was unfounded. Gina, of GMF Design, saved us well beyond her fee. My next concern was whether our personal style and desires would be lost in the process. Again, unfounded. Although Gina has years of experience in design, including taking a project from start to finish without customer input, she was from our first meeting highly interested in us personally. My husband and I are pretty hands on people (understatement). Gina worked with us every step of the way, refining and guiding the materials and contractor selections with us rather than for us. Gina held the contractors to schedules and outcomes so no need for us to develop ulcers, and was with us every time a contractor was working. We really became a collaborative team. The kitchen is so much better than anything we’d have done by ourselves.”
