Kaytlyn was both exceptionally personable AND knowledgeable. We had a good general idea what we wanted but Kaytlyn was always there to advise when we either needed to confirm our decisions or needed guidance (be it technical or aesthetic). Our general contractor was so impressed with her work that he plans to subcontract her for his future work. What strikes me the most is her modern taste and ability to pull together several different elements and colors and make all of them work in harmony in any room. She also has business skills that most Interior Designers don’t: she is very good at following up with clients and vendors, which helps to get the project done on time and without mistakes. “I was lucky enough to run into Heather while shopping at Ethan Allen. She helped me find some final pieces for my home and was warm, approachable, and PATIENT with me. She was very communicative and responsive about my orders along the way and tracked down exactly what I wanted while being mindful of my budget. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because I have not had the pleasure of working with her on a whole room but I know who I will be calling as soon as I am ready for that service!”
